ѲDZѱéԻ is an innovation expert with over 20 years of experience in open innovation, ecosystems, banking, and digital transformation. She is the Founder & CEO of Bilakatu, a company dedicated to open innovation and ecosystem orchestration. She is also the Founder & CEO of WITH, an ecosystem of women leaders and companies that promote a new leadership model through a new way of connecting, thinking, and doing.
Marisol serves as an advisor to several startups and investment funds, including Movizzon, Brain VC, and Axyon AI. Previously, she was Global Head of Open Innovation at BBVA, Chief Open Innovation Officer at South Summit, and Head of Open Innovation at Nordic Future Innovation. She is also co-chair for the World Open Innovation Conference since 2022.
She is the author of the “Three Dimensions of Open Innovation” method and the “Connect-Think-Do” method, designed for managing innovation ecosystems. Her work is featured in the , edited in 2024 by Henry Chesbrough, the father of open innovation and Innobasque's (Basque Innovation Agency) report about .
